If anything like this ever happens to me—it was probably a white person who called the police in the first place—but I hope that white people would stand up and challenge the police for me, like some of those people did. (because you know how the police tend to “see guns” and “feel threatened” when we try to exercise our civil liberties and openly challenge them)
