YESSSS

For so many years, this was my life. I hope this behavior dies with the Boomer generation.

Oh and to everybody in the notes saying they’d be upset if their children refused to pass on their genetic lineage: Die mad about it.

Knowing in french 🇫🇷

We have two verbs to say knowing, and they’re both extremely used but for two different situations.

SAVOIR = Knowing how to do something, or being aware of something

Je sais lire = I know how to read

Mais je sais = But I know

CONNAÎTRE = Knowing when you’re familiar to something. You should be able to substitute “connaître” with “i’m familiar with”

Je connais ce film = I know (I’m familiar) with this movie

Ils connaissent l’endroit = They know (they are familiar to) the place

Disney’s Beauty and the beast cast Is Gaston a villain or misunderstood?

I see him as the biggest villainous threat in any of the Disney films. He has no special powers. He’s not Jafar, or Ursula, or Maleficent. He’s a human being! He’s an arrogant, narcissistic, bigoted, chauvinistic, self-absorbed man who, once he’s told no, is driven by jealousy and revenge to fuel the fear of quite an idiotic group of villagers to go kill something they’ve never seen before. I mean, it resonates massively to what’s happening in the political climate throughout the world now. Luke Evans

“For shame, doc! Dontcha know we got other folks waiting?”

(Thanos looks behind him and sees dozens of Bugs Bunnies dressed as angry yelling travelers with huge bags of luggage. Thanos rubs his neck guiltily and begins sliding off the gauntlet)
